Questions
Does Tukanu work without the internet?
Yes. Every conversion and tool runs on your PC with no connection at all. Tukanu checks your subscription when it can reach tukanuapp.com, keeps working for 72 hours offline between checks, and downloads its updates in the background when it’s online.
What does that check send?
A device ID, the computer’s name and the app version. Never file names, folders or contents. Besides that check, Tukanu only downloads its own updates and sends problem reports you choose to send, and all of it is easy to allowlist.
How many computers can I use?
Two per subscription. You can sign a computer out from your account and use a new one.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Tukanu keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
